1) Prevent mental health crisis through offering Peer to Peer Support through a telephone system.
2) Take “the weight” off crisis systems, and other supports, such as advocacy organizations like NAMI, Ombuds Services, treatment staff, and natural supports.
3) Provide accurate, and complete, information and referral to callers.
